Exchange & Refund Policy

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS

If you are unhappy with an item purchased in store you can return it for an exchange. All goods must be received in a new an unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued. Store credits can be issued for use over the next 12 months from date of original purchase, if a copy of the invoice is provided (note this facility is not available in the event that you have purchased an Aliki Branded product from another retailer).

If you are unhappy with an item purchased online you can return it for an exchange. You must notify Aliki Jewellery within 30 days of intent to return goods, by contacting us at info@alikijewellery.com.au or +61403 612 338.  We will provide you with shipping addresses and exchange details. All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging).You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges. Exchanges for online purchases can be arranged via the Aliki Jewellery Gallery or Online store if a copy of the tax invoice is provided. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for goods purchased via the online store or at the Aliki Jewellery Gallery, and must be returned either by post or in person. We do not provide refunds for change of mind on goods purchased at Aliki Jewellery Gallery, but will happily provide an exchange or 12 month store credit.

For online purchases we can provide a refund for change of mind if you contact us within 14 days of purchase on info@alikijewellery.com.au or +61403 612 338.  All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs on change of mind exchanges.  

FAULTY GOODS

Whilst every attempt is undertaken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, occasionally this does not happen. You must contact Aliki Jewellery within 48 hours to advise us of damaged goods. All Aliki Jewellery products are covered for manufacturing faults by a 12 month international warranty. Should your Aliki Jewellery product present a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us info@alikijewellery.com.au or +61403 612 338. This is at no charge to you. A new item will be sent to you as soon as returned goods are received and assessed.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that Sale items cannot be returned other than as required by Law.
