FREE SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA) FOR ORDERS OVER $50

Aliki Jewellery offers free delivery Australia-wide for items providing you spend $50 or more in one transaction.

SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post E-parcel. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.

Standard shipping with Australia Post is a flat rate of AU$7.00 per order, except where free shipping is advertised on www.alikijewellery.com Australia Post express shipping is a flat rate of AU$15 per order.

Postage to New Zealand is a flat rate of AU$15.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

METRO AREAS (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart): 2 – 7 business days.

NON-METRO AREAS: 3 – 10 business days.

Express post shipping is overnight, however please allow an extra day for processing and preparation of your order. Most express orders leave next business day.

Please note that whilst all care is taken to ensure your purchase is delivered to you as promptly as possible, all parcels are shipped by Australia Post, and may be subject to delays in their peak periods or when shipping to certain regional areas.

Please allow up to 5 extra days during sale periods.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available (you will be contacted if product is not available within our standard shipping times). If you require multiple shipments, please contact Aliki Jewellery at info@likijewellery.com.au  0432 816 433 so we can assist you.  Multiple shipments will incur additional charges.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website.

If the item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order to advise of approximate availability of stock.

DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All parcels require someone to sign for them upon delivery.  If you are unavailable to sign for the goods, you will be required to visit an Australia Post outlet, as nominated by Australia Post to collect and sign for your order. 

To ensure fast delivery of your goods and avoid delays. It is preferable (where possible) to use a business address where someone is available to sign for items at any time.

You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an "authority to leave". Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. Aliki Jewellery is not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your “authority to leave” or not signed for by someone at your premises. 
Express post parcels may or may not be left at an unattended site depending on Australia Post. Aliki Jewellery takes no responsibility for goods left at an unattended site.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (INCLUDING NEW ZEALAND) 

Aliki Jewellery Pty Limited will only ship outside Australia to New Zealand, US, Canada and the EU.   For other locations please email us directly at info@alikijewellery.com.au   If you require assistance please do not hesitate to contact us on info@alikijewellery.com.au  or +614 03 612 338.

Postage to New Zealand is a flat rate of AU$15. We will contact you to advise an additional shipping cost if applicable for other items.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

CREDIT CARDS

Aliki Jewellery Accepts Visa, Mastercard, and direct deposit via secure online facility.  
If a credit card has been declined at the time of entry Aliki Jewellery will not receive any notification of the order having being placed.

Please note that we do not store credit card details.  Registered customers will be required to re-enter these for each new transaction. 
 
In some instances, to protect you from Credit card fraud Aliki Jewellery may request further verification information to be provided.  A staff member will be in contact with you should this be required.  Examples include but are not limited to, multiple declining of card for an order, delivery address unable to be verified, high valued items.
