This exquisite piece handmade from Greece has a fresh water pearl at the centre with 22k yellow gold vermeil filigree surround on a mother of pearl base with circumference in 925 Sterling silver rings of ancient greek design. The reverse side also has intricate detail in 925 sterling silver filigree as do both sides of the band.
