The Medusa coin earrings are strikingly unique with a vintage Medusa coin at 30mmx30mm. A single fresh water pearl 6mm drop is on the bottom of the centrepiece. All finished with gold vermeil detail around the coin. The stud ear piece is gold vermeil over sterling silver.
